Research has shown that we create in our reality, in other words we move towards and eventually become that which we think about. Because our minds are picture-orientated, our thoughts evoke pictures and associated feelings which means that physically, emotionally and psychologically, our thoughts create our future conditions and experiences whether they are good for us or not, or even whether we wanted or intended them or not. Many people believe they have no control over their thoughts and feelings, and so do not believe they have to take responsibility for them and learn to be aware of them, if they are going to avoid attracting into their lives things that are not desirable, by default.

It is really important for our well-being and development that we become aware of the way we talk, our inner dialogue as well as the words we use to express ourselves to others.
