Finding yourself a little tired lately? Fatigue happens, it is your body’s way of telling you to slow down and rest. If your version of resting involves flopping on a pillow with your meditation journal empty and your affirmations unspoken try this affirmation. It is easy and you can say it whether you are half asleep or barely awake. Actually this affirmation would work better if you are zoned out and unable to think straight anyway. Here it is. Write it on a piece of paper and place it on your mirror, your fridge and in your car (ok, maybe not your car, zone out somewhere else if you must).
