The human brain is a harbour for millions of functions; it has to receive the stimulus from the respective sensory organ, process it and then has to respond/store it for further use. The storage space in the brain is massive because the amount of information we imbibe is all wrapped in lobes of the brain and to retrieve all or part of this memory baggage can be quite taxing for the brain. But the main primary function of the brain is to work non-stop and if this ongoing process is hindered your brain start to deteriorate. Constant activity is key to success of a healthy brain.
