Silly excuses. Let’s face it, we all have them. You know the kind. Like when you’ve said you really want to start painting your art again but instead find yourself on an evening or weekend saying “I’d love to but I don’t have time, I have to do the laundry.” Or you say you want to get fit and boost your health but then say to yourself at the end of the day “I’m too tired to exercise”.
