You can write the script of the kind of life you want, which is a powerful process to help you create the kind of relationships, life-style, career, financial status and level of well-being and health you would like to enjoy in your life. By using metaphors to represent aspects of you, the hero or heroine of your own Happy Story, Success Story, Love Story or Whatever-You- Want-To-Call-It Story, you bypass the conscious mind, which can throw up all kinds of limiting thoughts and distractions, and directly address your unconscious mind.

The Illusion of Time Management

Because we live in a hyper busy world, chock full of important and not-so-important distractions, we are constantly looking for a way to keep our heads above the tsunami of stuff. Because so much of this busyness is driven by our work lives, I have given the phenomenon a name – “organizational A.D.D.” Unfortunately, this form of A.D.D. is not treatable with meds and so we go in search of some other “holy grail” to make it better. Hence the never ending quest for “time management. But time management is an illusion. However, there is an approach that makes sense, and it begins with strategy.
