In order to design your life to suit your inspirations and aspirations, you may agree that one must have a strong, healthy and fit body that is manifesting dynamic energy, along with a mind of clarity, passion and purpose. Is it enough if you are able to make it to the office and back home each evening with little energy left over for TV or your family? Do you have the dynamic energy to give extra service to your customers and clients? How much joy are you able to bring to your family, friends, colleagues and staff? Before we can bring joy to others, we must have joy ourselves. Is this possible when exhaustion has set in and we are not able to manifest dynamic energy?
