			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For years I taught the Myers Briggs personality types to people and recently, I&#8217;ve come to truly celebrate differences and to understand that our preferences are truly something we get at birth and not inherited from the environment. But our perception of ourselves and a lot of our behavior is influenced by the environment. So, going through midlife, we can notice that we all go through several phases &#8211; although not necessarily in the same intensity.  The first of these phases does seem to be universal.  Jung called it  Accommodation.
