Sleep and exercise well – These two areas are vital to maintaining a good memory. I’ve heard many a time that 50% of Americans don’t get good enough sleep. Get at least 6 hours daily and rise at a consistent time. Realize that its not you that has the problem – Its the way you use memory and the specific techniques – Trying to just cram all that information by repetition is the way most of us are taught to memorize things in school, but this process is crazy!
