Necessity may be the mother of invention, but paradoxically also the mother of repetition. One of the goals of time management is to release people from the mundane to greater fulfillment in novel and innovative pursuits. The challenge is often to tackle the routine with imaginative devices which reduce the tedium associated with routine tasks.
